Strategic Doing meeting planned in Gypsum

A public meeting is planned from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in a process being used to identify projects and plans to improve the quality of life in Saline County. At the meeting, which is the second to be held in Saline County, participants will begin prioritizing ideas and turning them into actionable projects and plans. The Dane G. Hansen Foundation has hired certified consultant Betty Johnson, a native of Smith Center who now lives in Lawrence, to guide residents of Saline and 25 other northwest and north-central Kansas counties through the quick, but sophisticated process of prioritizing, planning and implementing (or “doing”) community improvement projects.
