On Oct. 2, the city mailed 400 surveys to a random selection of addresses, with 100 surveys mailed to each of the four City Council wards. The deadline to return surveys is Oct. 26. The goal of the survey is to receive feedback from residents on a variety of city services.
Officials say responses will help staff and the Council understand the level of community satisfaction with municipal services such as street maintenance, police and the senior center, along with suggestions on improvements to be made.
Reports from past years can be viewed on the City website at www.derbyks.com/survey. The is the seventh year for the survey.
