Cities in Butler County are faced with a ‘tall’ problem

Officials in Rose Hill have been telling locals to take their yard waste other places, and now they’re filling up.

“People have been coming out here with the warmer weather. They’ve been doing a lot more yard work than they normally would,” stated Rick Cooper, Rose Hill Parks and Streets Supervisor.

The waste site has reached full capacity in just a matter of weeks, something Cooper says has never happened before.
