Valley Center in the real estate business

With about 30 acres of property poised for development, the City of Valley Center is already in the real estate business. But city leaders this week were reluctant to get into it any deeper. If you want to get into the real estate business commercial bridge loan help you finance your projects. Of course if you want to sell your house you could visit places like so you can easily move towards your future.

The city council on Jan. 19 tabled a proposal to purchase up to 29 residential lots in the stalled Ridgefield development in the northwest corner of the city.

Action in the development has been with the construction of duplexes on lots that Mennonite Housing sold to a local developer. Development of the single-family lots, however, has slowed to a standstill.

Mennonite Housing still owes specials on the lots.
