The STAR bond development plan everyone is waiting for is being worked on now, according to developers and Derby officials.
But still, no timeline is set yet on when that plan, which includes a dinosaur park to be partially funded with sales tax and revenue (STAR) bonds, would be revealed to City Council or the public.
“No dates yet,” Korb Maxwell, legal counsel for developer Rick Worner, said in an email. “But we hope to be back to you shortly with [some].”
Maxwell said developers are working with city officials to answer questions and define a timeline for the project, which Derby officials said, in the past, could take years.
