The two candidates for Topeka city manager say they have seen some positive things during their two-day tour of Topeka — but both declined to project any solid plans for action.
At an hourlong meet-and-greet session Friday evening at the Holliday Building, 620 S.E. Madison, Jim Colson and Margie Rose met with elected officials, city department heads and community leaders, as well as a handful of private citizens who were in attendance.
