A Kansas man’s invention is not only helping breakfast lovers everywhere, but making a difference for his community.
Phil Wylie … created “The StirMate” — a device that attaches to the turntable inside of a microwave and automatically stirs the bowl inside.
A kitchen supply company has offered to mass-produce the device overseas, but he’s refused to sell it. Wylie tells Wichita’s KWCH-TV he’d rather see a local company produce the device. ”The StirMate” is then packaged by a company that employs people with developmental disabilities.
